I remember how popular this spot was when it first opened, and I'm happy that this unique Taiwanese spot is still around! I can't speak much for the restaurant's namesake, as I'm very particular about noodles, but the rest of my family go for the noodles every time (do get the Bull Daddy Hell Noodles). We're from Sichuan Sichuanese, and we appreciate the spicy kick.
I personally enjoy getting the fried rice here (there are many different variations)! The spicy chicken nuggets were okay (there are certainly other better Taiwanese spots for this specific snack). There's a fair amount of options on the menu, so something for everyone.

Excellent food always! The regular spicy noodles are fine and I think most people who have any sort of heat tolerance can handle the spiciest one. Those Hell Noodles though are terrifyingly spicy, and delicious if you can handle it. They also have a Hell Bowl Challenge, so if spicy food challenges are your thing, definitely go check it out!

We have been searching for a good beef noodle soup place on the Plano area and we have found it! We ordered the shrimp rolls to start with and they were delicious! My fiance got beef noodle soup with no spiciness amd she thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the full house beef soup hit spicy level and it was amazing! The brot was delicious and the noodles were perfect. The meat just melted in your mouth. We definitely will be back again!

Beef Noodles Soup with Glass Noodle - $13.95
The beef soup was flavorful, and the beef itself was extremely tender and well-cooked without becoming stringy or chewy. The meat was well-seasoned and not bland at all.
Full House (Beef & Tendon & Honeycomb Tripe) Soup - $17.95
This soup seemed to have a stronger and more flavorful broth than the beef noodle soup. The beef, tendon, and tripe were all excellently cooked. The thin noodles in this dish were slightly chewy and not overly thin, making them a fine accompaniment to the rich beef soup.
Stew Pork Rice - $13.95
The pork was excellently cooked but surprised us with how fatty it was. It was delicious, but be aware that this is not a lean cut of pork (it’s pork belly). The egg that came with the dish was overcooked.

My out-of-town friends somehow heard about Bull Daddy Noodles, and as luck would have it I've been wanting to go as well! We arrived in the early afternoon right as they opened, so it wasn't busy yet. The service was great, as were all the dishes we ordered.
I have a decent spice tolerance, and their signature Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was just at the right level and with lots of flavor.

Add information; after several time visit, their water has problem, the pipe bring it moss taste, I had feedback to them but the staff seems not care about it, and the bad flavor go on to the broth, despite they have good seasoning but it ruin all the food. I have to adjust my rate to low until I have a chance to taste the improved food.
Their Taiwan beef noodles, fried rice, Taiwan chicken popcorn and cold dishes like stew combination might be the best in DFW area, no other choice here but good enough, our family often to have lunch here.

We got the Dry Bull daddy hell beef, Dry Minced pork Dan Dan noodles, chicken nugget, and the winter melon tea. Food was good. My favorite was probably the dry bull daddy hell beef. Very flavorful. The Dan Dan noodles had a very strong peanut sauce to it. The chicken nuggets were nice and crispy. Left happy and full.

Really good food ! A friend referred me here and the soup was huge ! I did not finish it all. The dumplings were juicy and the sauce inside was lightly spiced, and loved the green onion. The onion pancakes were really crispy and delicious. The beef soup had a lot of flavor, and the beef itself was fall off the bone tender. Really surprised ! I loved the 5 spice that was added. The honey black tea was sweet and refreshing. The soup with a side of rice and a tea was a little over 13 dollars. Just come with an empty stomach and a little extra cash.

My friend told me she had to take me here before we drove back to Houston. This is one of her favorite beef noodle soup place. And she didn’t let me disappointed. We ordered their signature dish - beef noodle soup, honey comb tripe noodle soup, and chicken nuggets. The beef is soft and tender, the noodle is pretty chewy and the broth is nice and rich but not too salty. The honey comb tripe tasted good but I don’t like its smell. The chicken nuggets are crunchy and seasoned well.
We were the first customers here in the morning since we needed to leave early. The staff was nice and the food came out quickly. I heard that it is very crowded during lunchtime. Will come back if I have a chance!

My favorite restaurant for Taiwanese style beef noodle soup. Beef stew and beef tendon are tender and so tasty. The Vegetarian Mix and Stew Combination are also my favorite snack dishes.
